The Spoiled One
Introduction
Breed: Random Doggie Love - German Shepherd Dog and Australian Shepherd strong suspects
DOB: August 1999
Most expensive thing he's destroyed: Dug his way through a set of 16 pane glass french doors in a rental apartment.
Z-dog is my special boy. He's the first dog I had as an adult and he's been wonderful. Not obedient. Not a champion. When Weasel runs at demos, I've heard the crowd go "Aaaaah" in amazement. When Z-dog runs, they laugh. He's good natured. There isn't a viscious bone in his body. He can shed like nobody's business. He's just mischevious. He tries to be good, but often being not good is much more fun. 60 pounds of barking, scrambling, randomly directed enthusiasm with the drive of a Leer jet and the focus of a ADHD two year old makes running him a bit of a rodeo. He's had good runs. He has titles. He's also ran down, jumped over the flyball box, gave the tennis ball to the camera man and ran off to pee on the booths. Always a surprise.
The fastest he's been timed at is 4.7. I'm not expecting to break that anytime soon. Now, he often races in veterans class. It's hard to think of my blue-eyed devil puppy monster bouncing over the jumpes like a bunny rabbit as a "veteran." He's a very nice-looking dog, with a puppylike sense of play and is a lot of fun to have around.
